Manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers can be held liable for  defective or dangerous products when a  product liability claim is successfully litigated. How many recalls have you heard of that involved motorcycle defects? Causes of mishaps have included the manufacturer's failure to provide adequate warning to operators on safe machine operation and/or the intrinsic dangers in motorcycling.
